Lobster Tail with Garlic & Pinkglow® Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Pinkglow® pineapple chopped 
  • 3 Garlic Cloves - Chopped 
  • 1 Lemon - Juiced 
  • 2 TBS Fresh Parsley - Chopped 
  • 1-2 Lobster Tails prepped for cooking 
  • 1 TSP Paprika 
  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional) 
  • Salt to taste 

  1. In a bowl combine Pinkglow Pineapple, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and red pepper flakes, if using.
  2. Mix well, set aside.  
  3. In an air fryer, cook lobster tails at 400° for 8 minutes.
  4. Serve lobster tails and top with salsa mixture.
