Lobster Tail with Garlic & Pinkglow® Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Pinkglow® pineapple chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves - Chopped
- 1 Lemon - Juiced
- 2 TBS Fresh Parsley - Chopped
- 1-2 Lobster Tails prepped for cooking
- 1 TSP Paprika
- Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl combine Pinkglow Pineapple, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and red pepper flakes, if using.
- Mix well, set aside.
- In an air fryer, cook lobster tails at 400° for 8 minutes.
- Serve lobster tails and top with salsa mixture.
