Pinkglow® & Cucumber Spritz Cocktail

Ingredients: 

• 1/2 cup seedless cucumber; peeled & chopped 

• 1/2 cup Pinkglow®; peeled & chopped  

• 24 oz Sparkling mineral water 

• 4 Pinkglow® wedges; to garnish 


Directions: 

• Add cucumber and Pinkglow® pineapple to blender. Purée until smooth. 

• Distribute purée evenly in 4 serving glasses. Top with cold sparkling mineral water.

• Garnish with a Pinkglow® wedge, serve, and enjoy!
