Pinkglow® Baked Brie Appetizer
Ingredients:
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 cup diced Pinkglow® pineapple
- ¼ cup sweet & spicy candied pecans
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp ginger
- ¼ tsp salt
- Crackers for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350. Cut a circle into the top of the brie, about ¼ inch into the cheese wheel.
- Place in a baking dish and bake the brie for 15 minutes.
- While that is baking, combine the brown sugar, pecans, Pinkglow® pineapple, ginger, salt, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook this mixture for 3-5 minutes until nicely warmed through.
- Remove the brie from the oven and peel off the top rind.
- Pour the warm pineapple pecan mixture over the brie and serve with crackers!
