Pinkglow® Blackberry Banana

Approx. Serving Size: 4 oz (1 cocktail)

Ingredients: 

• 1 Pinkglow® pineapple

• 2 oz Vodka

• 1 oz Banana liquor

• Ice cubes

• 3 fresh blackberries

• .5 oz of blackberry liquor

• chilled wine glass

• Boston shaker

Directions:

  1. Cut Pinkglow® in half. Use a sharp knife to peel the pineapple. Cut around the core to make pineapple wedges and discard the core. Cut the wedges into large chunks
  2. Add the pineapple chunks into a blender and blend until smooth to create a juice
  3. Fill shaker with ice cubes. 
  4. Pour in vodka
  5. Pour in Pinkglow® juice and banana liquor
  6. Shake thoroughly
  7. Pour into chilled wine glass and fill with ice cubes
  8. Add a dash of blackberry liquor (optional)
  9. Add blackberries as a garnish (optional)
