Pinkglow® Citron Lychee

Approx. Serving Size: 5 oz (1 cocktail)

Ingredients :

• Pinkglow® pineapple

• 2 oz Vodka Citron

• 1 Lychee

• 1 Lemon Wheel

• Ice Cubes

• Muddler

• Rock Glass

Directions: 

  1. Cut Pinkglow® in half. Use a sharp knife to peel the pineapple. Cut around the core and cut 5 pineapple chunks 
  2. Using a muddler, muddle the Pinkglow® cubes inside the rock glass 
  3. Add ice cubes
  4. Pour in vodka
  5. Add lychee fruit (as per taste)
