Pinkglow® Gin Slushie

Ingredients: 

• 1 Pinkglow® (about 4 cups diced pineapple) - Frozen

• 2/3 cup gin

• 2 tbsp simple syrup

• 1 sprig mint (10-12 mint leaves)

• Ice as needed


Directions: 

  1. Add liquid to blender first and top with mint and frozen pineapple.
  2. Blend until desired consistency.
  3. Add ice, as needed, to thicken.
  4. Pour into coupe glass (or pool-safe plastic glass) and ENJOY!
