Pinkglow® Ham & Swiss Sliders

Ingredients:

• 8-12 Hawaiian Roll Buns

• 3/4lb Ham - Sliced

• ½ Swiss Cheese - Grated

• ¼ Pinkglow®  Pineapple - Cut into Triangles

• ⅛ Cup of Sage - Sautéed until crispy

• ¼ Cup Mayonnaise

• 3 TBS Garlic - Minced

• 2 TSP Truffle Oil

 


Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the bottom half of the slider buns
  3. Spread mayonnaise and evenly place garlic.
  4. Layer ham, swiss, Pinkglow® pineapple and then the top bun
  5. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted
  6. Top with truffle oil and crispy sage. Enjoy!
