Pinkglow® Pineapple, Cucumber, & Burrata Salad

Ingredients: 
• 1 Cup @pinkglowpineapple cut into triangles 
• 1 Cucumber thinly sliced 
• 1 Ball of Burrata Cheese 
• 1 TBS White Truffle Oil 
• Balsamic Glaze 
• Optional: Prosciutto & Fresh Basil 


Directions:  

  1. On a small serving tray layer cucumber, then Pinkglow® pineapple
  2. Place burrata cheese on top, then drizzle with truffle oil and balsamic glaze.
  3. Enjoy!
