Pinkglow® Pinkini
Approx. Serving Size: 5.5 oz (1 cocktail)
Ingredients:
• 1 Pinkglow® pineapple
• 2 oz Tequila Reposado
• .5 oz lemon juice
• 1 splash of Chambord liquor
• 1 lemon twist
• chilled wine glass
• ice cubes
• boston shaker
• raspberries and lemon (as optional garnish)
Directions:
- Cut Pinkglow® in half. Use a sharp knife to peel the pineapple. Cut around the core to make pineapple wedges and discard the core. Cut the wedges into large chunks
- Add the pineapple chunks into a blender and blend until smooth to create a juice
- Fill shaker with ice cubes
- Pour in the tequila, 2 oz Pinkglow® juice and lemon juice
- Shake thoroughly
- Pour into chilled wine glass
- Add the splash of Chambord liquor
- Add raspberries and lemon garnish (optional)
