Pinkglow® Puff Pastry Dessert Flowers
Makes approx 6 flowers
Ingredients:
• 1 sheet puff pastry; defrosted & sliced into 1/2 inch strips
• 1 Pinkglow®; cored & sliced into rings
• Egg + splash of water; beaten for egg wash
• Edible flowers; for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Cut Pinkglow® into 1/2 inch rings. Defrost puff pastry sheet.
- Wrap Pinkglow® pieces with puff pastry strips and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed! Garnish with a flower & enjoy!
