Pinkglow® Puff Pastry Dessert Flowers

Makes approx 6 flowers

 Ingredients:
• 1 sheet puff pastry; defrosted & sliced into 1/2 inch strips 
• 1 Pinkglow®; cored & sliced into rings 
Egg + splash of water; beaten for egg wash 
• Edible flowers; for garnish (optional)  
 


Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 425F 
  2. Cut Pinkglow® into 1/2 inch rings. Defrost puff pastry sheet.  
  3. Wrap Pinkglow® pieces with puff pastry strips and brush with egg wash. 
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed! Garnish with a flower & enjoy!
