Pinkglow® Regal Ritas

INGREDIENTS:

• 4 cups 1” chunks Pinkglow® Pineapple, frozen

• 2 cups blanco or silver tequila

• 1 cup fresh lime juice

• ¾ cup orange liqueur, such as Cointreau or orange Curaçao

• ¾ cup pure cranberry juice 

• ⅓ cup coarse salt, such as kosher or crushed Himalayan pink salt

• Finely grated zest of 1 lime

• 2 tablespoons agave syrup

• 9 Pinkglow® Pineapple wedges

• 9 lime wheels

• 9 small cranberry skewers


DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a blender combine Pinkglow® pineapple, tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, and cranberry juice. Blend until smooth.

  2. On a small plate stir together lime zest and salt. Pour agave syrup on a second small plate. Rim glasses with agave syrup, then lime salt.

  3. Pour cocktail into glasses and garnish with Pinkglow® pineapple wedges, lime wheels, and cranberry skewers.
