Spiked Pinkglow® Pineapple Mint Lemonade

Ingredients:

• ½ Pinkglow® Pineapple - (cubed and blended)

• 3oz Vodka (optional - this makes a great mocktail without the vodka)

• 1oz Simple Syrup

• 2 Lemons - juiced

• 1 large Mint Sprig

Directions:

  1. In a shaker combine all ingredients, shake very well.
  2. Pour in a glass of your choice over ice.
  3. Garnish with a Pinkglow® slice, and mint. Enjoy!
